ADHD Coaching

ADHD can create challenges in many areas of a person’s life including time management and getting things done, managing relationships and general day to day activities.

There are a lot of positive traits that almost everyone I have met with ADHD has including creativity, positivity, kindness and empathy. I can help you maximize your strengths and manage your challenges by:

  • Developing some systems to manage daily activities.
  • Improving your self-confidence and self-care.
  • Staying motivated to achieve your goals
  • Time management and strategies to get things done.
  • Implementing more structure into the areas of your life where you are experiencing challenges.
  • Managing workplace challenges.

If you are recently diagnosed I can also help you learn more about what ADHD and direct you to some great resources.

Family Coaching

Having a child with ADHD can be challenging for the parents and other siblings. I work with parents to:

  • Help their child with the above.
  • Implement structure and routines into their daily schedule.
  • Learn more about ADHD and what resources and support systems exist
