Strengths Discovery and Planning Session

Three hours dedicated to YOU! Explore what you want out of life and then plan how to get it.

In your strengths discovery session, we will:

  • Explore your strengths and the correlation between what we like doing, what we are good at and what makes us happy.
  • Explore your values and what’s most important to you.
  • Brainstorm some ideas to enrich your life.
  • Translate those ideas into specific goals.
  • Develop a plan to ensure you stay on track and achieve your goals

All of the above can be achieved in regular Coaching sessions but many people prefer a more intensive session to get the ball rolling. Dedicating 3 hours to self-discovery and planning a better life is very rewarding and something we should all do more often.

The process

After you register you will receive some pre work including the Gallup Strengths Assessment to help you prepare for the session and ensure you get maximum value from the session.
